Scene 1: The Emperor's Palace
(Enter the Emperor, surrounded by his courtiers)
Emperor: (excitedly) My dear subjects, I have heard of two clever weavers who can create the most splendid clothes in the world. They claim their cloth has magical properties - only those who are wise and worthy will be able to see it.
Courtier 1: (nodding eagerly) Oh, Your Majesty! That sounds like a wonderful idea. We must have them come at once!
Courtier 2: (bowing low) Indeed, Your Majesty. Their work will surely bring glory to our great empire.
Scene 2: The Weavers' Workshop
(Enter the two weavers, dressed in ragged clothing but pretending to weave with invisible threads)
Weaver 1: (pretending to thread needles) Ah, here is where the magic happens. Only the purest hearts can perceive these magnificent threads.
Weaver 2: (nodding sagely) Yes, indeed. And only those fit for their positions will see the garments made from this divine fabric.
Scene 3: The Emperor's Audience Hall
(The Emperor, now wearing "invisible" clothes, parades before his subjects)
Emperor: (proudly) Behold, my loyal subjects! These are the finest garments ever created. They are light as a feather yet strong as steel. Only the truly intelligent among you can see them.
Courtier 1: (whispering to Courtier 2) But... I don't see anything...
Courtier 2: (nervously) Shh! Perhaps it's just too subtle for us ordinary folk to grasp. Let's all pretend we can see it.
Scene 4: The Procession Through Town
(The Emperor marches through the streets wearing his "new clothes")
Citizen 1: (to Citizen 2) Isn't that something? Such elegance, such refinement!
Citizen 2: (forcing a smile) Absolutely! Truly a masterpiece.
Child: (pointing and laughing) Look! The emperor isn't wearing any clothes at all!
(Scene fades as laughter erupts throughout the crowd)
