In my family, there has been an old picture of "The Night Study under the Bell" passed down from our ancestors. Every night when it was quiet and the moonlight filled the courtyard, my mother would hold a book and sit by the lamp, teaching me to recite poetry and literature. Her voice was clear and melodious, like the sound of jade hitting each other; her words were profound, leaving a lasting impression.
I once asked my mother: "It's so late at night, why don't you rest early?" Mother smiled and replied: "Learning is precious in persistence. How can one stop studying just because they feel tired for a moment? Moreover, you are young, full of energy, and should take advantage of this time to read more books of sages."
I remember that my mother often stayed up with me until dawn. Although she was tired, she never gave up. This scene still vividly remains in my memory. My mother's teachings were like a bright lamp, lighting up my path forward.
